GFN is a multinational freight networking company registered in India and other countries as a networking and event management company. Supported by our offices in Dubai, Turkey, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the USA, our network serves the air and ocean needs of clients worldwide.
What sets us apart in the industry is the unique agreement we have with our associates under the GFN umbrella. While maintaining their own companies, territories, and customer bases, our associates gain full access to the business opportunities, services, and benefits available exclusively through us.

The network is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, which oversees network operations and collaborates with the head office in selecting the most suitable companies to join as associates.
Meet Our Founders
Mrs. Fundacelikkol
Graduated in 1987 with a degree in Economics from Anadolu University, Turkey, she began her career in the maritime sector in 1985.
Before establishing her own company, Ruya Logistics, nearly 29 years ago, she held various roles with shipping line agents for approximately 10 years, including two years with Arkas and seven years with Catani Shipping. During her career, she underwent vocational training in England and earned numerous professional certifications.
She remains actively involved in freight forwarding services while simultaneously expanding the ship spare parts logistics business.
A passionate sailor and dedicated mother, she has a son who will graduate this year from Isik University, specializing in Logistics.
Mr. Prashant Karkera
With 29 years of experience in the shipping industry, including expertise in aviation, freight forwarding, logistics, and transportation, Mr. Prashant has gained invaluable knowledge and leadership skills. Leading teams across various verticals at senior and management levels has been a cornerstone of his success.
As the Managing Director and Co-Founder of M/s Nordic Shipping LLC, Dubai, He is dedicated to achieving the company’s vision of becoming the most customer-friendly logistics service provider.
Capt Eshwar Vishweswaran
A seasoned professional with over three decades of diverse experience in commercial shipping and operations, port management and construction, logistics management, and business law. Renowned for demonstrating strong leadership and strategic acumen across various roles and industries.
Mr. Satish Kumar
A practical learner who has climbed to the top position step by step by thoroughly understanding the nuances of total logistics in marketing and operations. An extensive worldwide traveler with 30 years of experience in freight forwarding, consolidation, chartering, projects, 3PL and 4PL, and warehouse management. Currently, the Founder and CEO of Shippingnoweasy.com.
Mr. Navin Salian
Commenced career initially in shipping documentation with a low profile, gradually developing a passion and acquiring significant experience over 18+ years in MLOs, commodity trading, supply chain, freight forwarding, and warehousing.
With effective leadership and teamwork, a cohesive and highly motivated team was created, consistently achieving challenging roles within timeframes. As a team, it is truly recognized that "The line between disorder and order lies in coordination."

GFN ensures that every member must only work with trusted and reliable forwarders. Every new member application will undergo due diligence to screen the company’s financial stability, market reputation, sales strength and length in operation. All members are likewise subjected to a standard Code of Ethics and Guidelines of the network which must be followed and adhered to at all times. Members who have been reported and proven to be unethical in line of the business will be subjected to probation.
